At group.one / one.com, we created a series of visually engaging materials to bring the company's core values to life and inspire employees. This included designing posters, merchandise, stickers, and other branded items that reflected the essence of each value. The goal was to foster a stronger connection to the company culture, motivating teams and creating a more cohesive workplace. By combining bold designs with meaningful messaging, the project helped reinforce the company's identity and values in a tangible, everyday way.
